Can't get an answer during the day an hard to get an answer at night one of the driver's looks like a gang member an they never have a decent looking appearance the vans look nice an so does the car

Worst service ever. Payed round trip to go down to Gatlinburg and never came back to get us. Bad customer service.

My family and I were in Gatlinburg for the weekend, went out to Pigeon Forge on Friday night for dinner, afterwards stopped at Jaws for some souvenier shopping, when we came out our car wouldn't start, we thought the trip was ruined. I did a Yellow Pages search and found Wings of Eagles, they were there in 10 mins, we were waiting for a tow truck, and the driver Memphis was incredibly patient, he understood that I didn't want to leave my Escalade just sitting there with the keys for the wrecker service, He drove us from Pigeon Forge back into Gatlinburg for only $20, we talked with him about the wrecker/mechanic company we called Carr's Auto Repair he gave them a great review. He said to call the next day when we needed a ride back to the auto shop, when we called, the guy on the phone said that Memphis told him about us, and they were there very quickly. They were incredibly courteous, and prompt. I know you can't please everyone, but for us, they were awesome. We travel to Tennessee several times a year, and now have peace of mind knowing that Wings of Eagles is there if we need them. THEY ARE AWESOME, I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM. both companies saved our trip, with minimal cost. THANKS AGAIN!!!

New Year's Eve we are going to be responsible adults took the taxi service to town in Gatlinburg drop off service was wonderful called an hour and a half before pick up they never showed call them again they said they went to the wrong location we called again they just plain forgot it's 2:30 in the morning we're still waiting for a 12:20 pick up and we finally got all 10 of us in the back of a pickup truck to get us back to our cabin . We do want to say thank you to the pick up truck driver Cody for getting us all back safe however half frozen.
