        Don't go on a holiday

        Don't go on a holiday! Because they are so busy, and if you're a party of two, they will put you all the way back in the bar area where you can barely see the view. We made our reservations for New Year's Eve a month in advance and expected the best seating available in the dining room when we arrived. However, when we got there, we weren't even in the dining room, we were placed in a cramped area in the back of the bar, where an outside door was opening and closing letting in freezing winter air. People who got there later than us got better seating than us also. While the food and service are excellent, you are there also for the view, and we didn't realize that getting a good seat so that you can actually see the view was so competitive. It really damped our mood on an evening we were really looking forward to.

        Best Seafood In Town

        This is a MUST if you are in the Seattle area. Good ambiance, GREAT seafood, the waiters are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Seattle has good seafood everywhere, but SALTY'S is by far the best. Oh, and the scenery is BEAUTIFUL... I visited Seattle in August for the first time, my fondest memory is dinner at Saltys!
