Founded in 1977, the National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association, also known as CASA, is a nonprofit organization that offers legal assistance for children. It supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy for the victims of negligence and abuse. The organization provides leadership and research-based training for volunteers. The National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association offers technical and financial assistance for researches. Additionally, it organizes conferences and provides public awareness programs.
