        The technician that came to my...

        The technician that came to my house was friendly, but i feel his knowledge of appliance repair was not very extensive. However, the reason I will never use this company again is the terrible service by the people in charge of scheduling. They refused to give me a more precise time frame than "on ___day between 8am-4pm". Then on the initial planned service call between 8-4, they call me at 4:30pm and say "he's not going to make it, he'll be by tomorrow between 8-4". On the second scheduled visit, they call me the day they were supposed to be there they call and say they can't be there for two more days. If you like disappointment and frustration, these are your guys!
