Santa Cruz Diner

We stayed at a nearby hotel, and we walked to the Santa Cruz Diner for dinner. The prime rib dinner was delicious, and the service was excellent. I look forward to going back in October 2011 for another delicious meal or two.

The food is good, do not get me wrong, but the lousy waiter added in his own tip at over 10% and wrote it in on our receipt. With no notice that gatuity is included, apparently there is some fine print on the menu that tells me this, supposedly. I will never eat here again, and I will make sure everyone I know stays away from this place! Horrible staff and policies. Such a disappointment.

I'm from out of town. I asked local where there was a good breakfast resturant,and she reffered us to Santa Cruz Diner.I was so impressed! with there huge portions,great prices,and outstanding Service. This will be a regular stop for us every year.
