Outstanding

I recently took my 2008 Range Rover in for 60,000 mile service. I scheduled my appointment on-line through British Motors website, which was very convienent. I immediately received a confirmation email. When I arrived John, the service advisor was ready and waiting for me. I usually work in the city but because I had an appointment in the south bay I was given a loaner for the day. At 4pm John called me and told me my car was ready and I can pick it up before 6 that day or the next. I arrived shortly before 6 and my car was ready and clean. I couldn't have been happy with the way I was treated, how easy the process was and my car is running great. Thank you.

I would not recommend BMC for service. I have used BMC in the past but that was a few years ago. I have had four jaguars and a land rover. I brought my XK8 in for a 50K service. My initial quote was around 500. My final bill was 3441. It seems I needed new brakes, I had some light bulbs that were burnt out, I had a nail in two of my tires, my serpentine belt was old and dry and there was a bad gasket that needed to be replaced on the top of my engine.I have never had a problem with any of my jaguars. This car never leaked, squeaked or ran poorly.After picking up my car I noticed the brakes were smoking, once I got home my tire went flat, five light bulbs were still burnt out, my car was now squeaking and all the oil from my engine had drained onto my driveway. Not to mention my engine was now covered with white residue and the cover on top of my engine was simply hanging on my one contact. Ah quality service was not heard of on this day.
