Mail Exchange

I only give it a 1 star because it will not allow any less! Should have read the reviews before using them. I understand that they are independent and need to make a profit, but charging me $279 to ship FedEx Ground what FedEx charges $123, is a bit excessive. This is 127% over cost!!! By the way we mailed 5 other packages at the same time... We all have a choice and we choose poorly. Hope this review helps you make a good decision before shipping anything from this location!

Love Jennifer and Koi, they always go out of their way to help with whatever I need, we have since moved from the immediate area and still have our mailbox there because of the service!

Very friendly and efficient. The guy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my package. I had a set of ceramic masks that I had to send to my sister in Austin. The guy individually packed the masks in bubble wrap, found the right sized box, and game me options on how to ship. Such a better experience than the post office.I'll be going back next time I need another shipment.
