I'm happy with the knowledge and efficiency of the technician, although the invoices have been difficult to read.

I bought a "brand new" AC and furnace about 4 years ago from NuForce. The summer after I bought the AC unit, all the freon drained from the AC and it did not work. I tried to get in touch with NuForce but received no response. We eventually called Design Comfort. We discovered that our "new" AC unit had a 7-year-old compressor in it. Design Comfort replaced the compressor and has been taking care of our AC and furnace ever since. They are excellent about responding quickly and the servicemen are courteous and helpful.
