Jim and Bill from Superior were here today, on behalf of Home Depot, to install my new Pergo flooring. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! In a new house with icky carpet, I pleaded to Brad, on the scheduling end, to get me a sooner install date. He got me an install date 17 days sooner than originally scheduled! Then, to top it off, Jim and Bill were two of the nicest, professional, polite men I have dealt with in a long time. Their expertise was top notch. Thank you, Superior, for having such a great team.

I will not use home depot any longer if they continue to use this company for flooring installations. Was called by superior the day before they were scheduled to ask of they could come early which was not possible for me. The day they are scheduled to come I get a call at 930 a.m. that the installer was in an accident the day before and wouldn't be there today. Told home depot they needed to make sure the job would be done completely be the next day. This was to be a day and a half job. I was told they would send 2 crews to get it done in one day by the depot. Superior calls me to tell me they would be here tomorrow between 8 & 10. I said with 2 crew so the job gets finished in 1 day she laughs and says we never send 2 crews. The installer THINKS he can get it done in 1 day. You must think people are stupid. You scheduled another job for the afternoon and pushed mine back. Do you close your business up Everytime an employee can't make it to work. I will continue you to give you a bad review on every website possible.

I had no problems with Superior. Through Home Depot, they came to my house 2 separate times, a year apart, to install both hardwood flooring and carpet. They did a great job. With the carpet crew, there was a slight language barrier, but he was able to understand most of what I said, I think, and I used hand gestures to demonstrate my point. It did take a while for them to be able to install the flooring and set up the appointments, but I don't know if the fault lies with Home Depot and their communication to Superior or what. I tend to think that Home Depot is at least partially responsible for that.

Home Depot arranged for this company to install my flooring. First of all, it took 3 weeks for them to get here. They sent their guy to measure and draw up plan. We purchased materials at Home Depot and paid in advance for the installation. The day came to install, only to be told they can't do the job because there are spindles. Really, they can't cut a board! I could even do that. This outfit is by no means professional. I am so upset with this entire mess I will never go to Home Depot for flooring again. I even called the corporate office to complain. Here I STILL sit without flooring in my house.

This company employs theives. I bought carpet for my home through Home Depot In Fairview Heights IL and Superior came to my home in August 2009. They took out carpet (who knows what else as I am also missing some tools) through an egress window in the basement, NOT TO MENTION that one of their employees William Bishop stole my credit card and then proceeded to use it at a couple of Shell gas stations in St Louis as well as a Target store, where he proceeded to spend more money. They got him on camera, however....and the detective did the rest. A warrant was put out for him and low an behold he was picked up in early February. The Warrant officer could not send the case to the prosecutor for lack of evidence, as it was circumstantial. The guy WAS at my house, he IS employed by Superior, His Date of Birth matches, a grainy photo was made, HOWEVER not enough evidence as the thief would not talk (of course). Dont do business with this business that employs theives!
