Edcas Insurance Services

I have been an Edcas customer for over 6 yrs. I have never had an issue until now. About two weeks ago I went in to add a vehicle to my policy. I was quoted $156. I asked the lady to double check because I was currently paying $ 160.00 she said she verified 3 times and that was the quote. I asked how percise was the quote and she said it could be off by $40. I agreed to the quote and paid $125.00. A week later I got the bill from Infinity and the quote was off by $ 120.00. I was surprised by the difference because I do not have any traffic tickets. When I asked her why was it off by $120 and not $40 she couldn't give me an answer. She said the system had provided that quote. I asked her to cancel what she did and to reimburse me the $120 but she refused. She said her boss said no. I asked to speak to her manager and she could not give me a set day. Instead she told me her boss would contact me in a week...it has been past the week and I have not heard from the manager. Come to find out Infinity only charges $5 to add a vehicle. NEVER AGAIN!
