Excellent service. My yard looks better with regular scheduled treatments. Mosquito control was better.

That Trugreen gave me the advice about my lawn problems t hat I couldn't find elsewhere. Rebecca at the N Richland Hills office has been very helpful and has followed up every time she was needed. I commend her service.

At the biggining it was some kind of ruff, because I request to be advise when the tech will go for the first visit because I want to talk to him personslly and learn a little bit about how to take care of my lawn. That did not happen I got such much anger, So I set up a second visit and the sane happen again, so I called customer service inmediately and express my concerns. They acted inmediately calling the tech and diverting him back to my home to responds to my inquiries and questions. The tech responded to all my questions in a very profesional manner and even teach me how to identify all the differents weeds are affecting my lawn and which one is the mist effective manner to get ride off them. Thats right there it shows me that they really care about their customers and their satisfaction.

Communication &; Professionalism is two things that are a must for a Company's success for me TRUGREEN has achieved it. With their assistance and my patience I now have a lawn that has a great foundation and will get better as we roll on. 2019 I will start off the growing season with a lush, beautiful lawn. I will l also continue my association with TRUGREEN

Lawn Technicians are knowledgeable, courteous & able to address any concerns regarding condition of lawn & treatments. Office person are friendly & do not have a problem changing scheduled dates or times. They go out of their way to contact the lawn technician with updated schedule and time. Life is hard to predict & it is great when a company is willing to work with your schedule. TruGreen has been very helpful in this regard. Any issues with our lawn have been taken care of quickly.

I can drive through any neighborhood and without any trouble pick out the yards without the service! That's what a difference it makes. My first call upon moving into a new home would be to Trugreen. I take pride in my yard, and I do my own yard work. Over the years I have tried doing the fertilizing, insect control and weed control myself with limited success.

It was easy to sign up and a reasonable price. I'm happy not to have to worry about what my yard needs anymore and I love the updates that keep me informed of all aspects of the service.

The app, scheduling, the invoices, the whole process is very smooth. And we are very pleased with the results.

Trugreen has always done a phenomenal job. They took my lawn from nothing but weeds as far as the eye can see, to a beautiful healthy yard for my kids to play in. We have moved and brought Trugreen with us. We wouldn't use anyone else!

In the last 2 winters we have had a difficult time with our yard, but each year with Trugreen, it has come back and looks beautiful. Averaging the cost of the nutrients/fertilizer/weed kill etc... it actually isn't much more than doing it yourself.

You have the same technician service your yard each time who gets to know your issues and yard. Their job reflects outcome of your yard. I love having the same person for each treatment which is reason I came back.

My yard was a hot mess before TruGreen, it was mostly weeds and dirt. We have had only 3 treatments and I'm shocked at how wonderful my yard is doing. The weeds are gone and the grass she spread all over and I've never seee. It that green. TruGreen really knows what they are doing. Anybody that is having problems with there yard needs to call TruGreen immediately

Wish I could remember my Techs name, think it was Byron. I really appreciated his knowledge and his honesty. He did an excellent job cleaning up the excess off my sidewalk. Really hope he's the one coming back.

Very helpful in helping you understand how to best take care of your yard. Very friendly also.

Our rep, Corey has been very professional and informative with information to help us get our lawn back to a healthy state. She was scheduled to do a pest spray. She indicated she would come back at 3 pm (the same day) on Memorial Day weekend to see if they were complete, so she could do a thorough job on pest control. She followed thru to insure that WE had a professional experience. So far, I am very satisfied with the experience and the quality of service provided by Tru Green.
