Sub-par quality apartments exacerbated by security, pet waste and noise issues.



Rip-off when you move out. I terminated my lease earlier paid them ~ $1600 (85% lease termination fee + forfeit of security deposit) even with a 2 month advanced notice of termination and after that they send me a bill of $77 and did not stop there. I was reported to Debt Collection!!
