That being said, the management and office staff leave a lot to be desired in terms of customer service, honesty, and work ethic.
The pool. Looks great on the website! In reality it's almost constantly dirty or closed. Rocks and debris in the kiddie pool that isn't safe for the little ones. Mentioned to the office multiple times over the course of several days - nothing happened. Even the baby scraped his leg on rocks. People continue to bring glass bottles in the pool, dogs running and swimming in the pool, teenagers and college students partying at night. If you tell the office, you'll get 1 of 2 responses - smile and nod and do nothing, or act indifferent or even annoyed that you've said anything.
Noise. Oh my, the noise. If you're looking for peace and quiet look elsewhere. Yes it's close to the highway and the occasional siren will go by and yes, there's even a train track on the other side of the property. Honestly, you barely notice them if you're unlucky enough to live next to someone with a dog....or two (God forbid). They bark and bark, even at night. Talked to the office, got response #1 above. Talked to office the 2nd day, response #1. Talked to office again, response #2 starts. Their advise at this point is: If it barks for 30 minutes straight then call us. 30 minutes!! One piece of advise was: Think of it as white noise. Oi. I'll try to remember that when the baby is crying because it's the 5th time he's been woken up because the dog barking is like a firecracker going off.Office. Almost always nice and smiling to your face. This would be great if you don't actually need them to do something for you. If you're expecting action or are going to actually require them to follow through - then you're going to be frustrated. Many, many times we've called the office - the middle of the day...during the week - and it goes to voicemail or just rings. I've seen many times how they'll lift the receiver and then just set it back, or the phones will be ringing.
