        Absolute nightmare. I have a double oven that started having problems in October. The upper oven stopped working, so Peninsula Appliance Repair was sent by my warranty company. They came out several times to attempt to repair it. Nothing worked. On the final appointment, whatever the technician did actually BROKE the other oven.

        But here's where it gets more shady: I called Peninsula Appliance Repair to get the repair records so that I could pass them on to the new technician (the new repair company asked me what was done to the oven). PAR told me they don't release that info and that it had already been given to the warranty company. I called the warranty company and they said what PAR told me is a complete lie. All I'm asking for is the repair records for MY OWN OVEN. Peninsula Appliance Repair won't release them because they broke my oven and do not want to be held liable.
