Nene Towing & Auto Repair

DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY!

The previous positive reviews on here are the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of my experience. Funny how all of the reviews are basically the same praising them for everything that was wrong with my transaction with Nene's Towing.

📍Told me 20 minutes and did show up for almost 2 hours (ended up calling V&M Towing, which I HIGHLY recommend).

📍Rude and Unprofessional (Swore at me over the phone)

📍Prices are inconsistent for the same service. (almost like they charge whatever they want depending on the day)

If you need any towing or related services, call someone else. Don't waste your time here.

This is the second time I'm using their service and they are great. I've never met people who were willing to work with you more than Nene. The pricing is good and no damage to my car

Horrible place they over charge even if its just a drive around the corner. They charged me over 900 dollars just to park my car at the garge for 2 days smh... I can say ill never call them again

What a rip off. 275 dollars not including tax (291) to get my vehicle back. Then mind you the place smelled like straight Marijuana. My car was there for maybe 2 hours at most while I was in reverb at a concert. They should've warned people before taking vehicles. Redicilous

Rip off. Called someone else spoke in Spanish. Car was towed from best buy. Wasnt there no 12 hours had to pay 275. No receipt. No pay schedule. And cash only. Fishy.
