Bruno's Pizza Restaurant

My husband and I will NOT come in anymore. Food is great but HORRIBLE service.... absolutely terrible. Waiting 1 hour for my first plate of pasta on Wednesday and when it came time for another serving it took another 30 minutes. All of that time to get pasta on ALL YOU CAN EAT PASTA NIGHT? That's ridiculous. I do not know who this new tall dark-haired girl is but she is terrible. She was on the phone at least 5 times during our visit Wednesday, shouldn't you be making sure your tables are OKAY instead of being on the phone constantly? We had to get up and get our own refills, our own silverware, and napkins. oooomfph! And then after our meal and we tipped her (low for bad service) my husband was passing by from the restroom and heard her complaining how we were cheap as she was cleaning our table. That burned me up. Sorry Bruno's but you have lost our business.

I don't know what the person below me is talking about. Sounds like a case of sour grapes to me. I just went in there tonight and had this Stephanie as my server/bartender and she was fantastic! I've had her plenty times before, and as always she is engaging in conversation with me and my company, very attentive, and extremely upbeat. I like her, because she remembers who you are and what you eat/drink. Now matter how busy her or Andy are, you never feel ignored or forgotten. And the food? AMAZING!!! As always. My favorite is the Grandma's pizza!! MMMmmm good! Wings are delicious too. Bottom line.... Bruno's is the best!

Great! We had a grandma pizza it was great. It was our first time last week. We are going back tonight to try some other stuff. If the rest of the food tastes like the pizza, we found our new local restaurant. The beer selection is mind boggeling.Candace and Walt

Best pizza I have ever had. The beer selection is incredible. They have Oktoberfest beer all year long! Bartenders are the best around. A must if you love Italian food.
