This business has been around for decades, they know how to create job security for themselves and when push comes to shove and there is a blame involved they quickly act like they're the middle person. If there is an issue, research it first and if you need to then contact their referred technician. This company will do some temporary fixes, perhaps damage your unit.. Then take your money and leave you and your unit with a bandaid over bandaid. So take the risk yourself =)

We have requested the company to come and do preventive maintenance at june,



They are not coming on the promise day and did not give a call until 45min after the

appointment time.



We need to reschedule it to a later day, the reception girl is very rude and having strong attitude.



The technician is certified the HPAC is running normal and claimed that the drain pipe is working fine. HOWEVER, two weeks later, there are a serious dripping, we do not know until the owner below us starting to complain.



we try to call coastal for a follow up on that visit they simply refused. The reception girl is still very rude and having strong attitude. I requested to speak to a manager she transfer me to the Owner he proclaimed;. He said that i am ridiculous and said foul language to me. He even cut off line.



I will Never go to this company again!!!!!!
