STAY AWAY! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They underbid, take the deposit and say sorry when you can't pay the serious up charge at time of service.

Paid my $769 deposit day I booked 5/16/16. Had no phone call with confirmation of my move so I called a few days prior. Called several times and emailed Thursday/Friday with no response. My move was set for Sunday or Monday (as they give you a window and not set date). So I go on and look at reviews and note all the recent terrible reviews. Finally Sam calls me on Saturday and assures me everything will be taken care of and "stress free". Well the mover show up late Monday evening and state my move was underbid. They rework the estimate for almost an extra $1000 with $860 cash prior to beginning. I did not have the cash and the movers left me high and dry. I had to scramble to move ALL my belongings myself. Four days later I finally get a hold of Sam who states deposit is non-refundable b/c I "refused service" when I couldn't pay the extra $860.

Book the move with this company just recently gave them a deposit I have now recently decided that I'm no longer going to work with them because I can't get in touch with anyone every since I provided them with my deposit I have contacted a lawyer so we'll see what we have to do next I am not going to roll over and let some thieves steal my money I needed to move across the country and it sounded like a great idea I agree with all of the people but it was a nightmare. I'm only giving them one star because I have to write it with at least one star but they're definitely not deserving of it least even a half of the star they suck

SCAM, Fraud,I hired this company for a cross country move and paid my deposit. They were all about taking my money and when my items arrived damaged Sam Parker said he would help. That has not happened, for the past 32 days I have called 20-30 times a day and email them about the same with no response back. Sam Parker and the rest have failed to take care of my claim and they will never return any calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My next step is going to be small claims of not resolved!!!!!

This company is fraudulent. They will quote you a great deal, take your $1500 deposit, and will never call you again. It is a SCAM. Stay away from Nurizon Van Lines. I had to scramble to get an interstate move coordinated in 2 days because of this and am having to litigate to get my deposit back. SCAM.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Stay far away!! They were great until they got our money and hooked us up with the biggest nightmare of our lives. We moved about a month ago and still do not have our stuff, at first no communication at all from the moving company now it's one excuse after another as to why our stuff hasn't even left yet. They quoted one thing then the driver showed up and jumped up the rate over $800 (even though we didn't bring some big furniture items that we had included in the quote). I am beyond furious. Wish I could just get a refund, do it all over again and rent a uhaul and at least know where all of my life's possessions are. We have had to pay so much money out of pocket to get by until our stuff arrives, between work clothes for my husband and everything we need for our two small children.

I love when the driver came he said oh we have 21 days, they don't even keep to that, and when I booked this whole thing 4 months before our move, they never mentioned the 21 day part.

Nurizon van lines SCAM STAY AWAY.NOT EVEN A MOVING COMPANY.... I called these guys up spoke with a lady named Shannon. Shannon told me that she can get the move done within my budget. When the movers got there the movers charge me $250 more to wrap some stuff up which was supposed to be included in the price. Nurizon van lines is only concerned about getting their cut of the money and brokering the move to other companies that actually do the move. I spoke with a gentleman named Sam who very rudely and insensitively explain that there's nothing he can do and I'm out of luck...nurizon van lines is big huge scam you would save yourself a lot more money if you did not go through them and a lot less headache...they do not care about you as a customer they only care about getting their money by brokering moving clients to other companies that actually move your stuff.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

They promised me that my move would occur within a two day window and that all my worldly belongings would arrive at my new house within 24 hours (the next day). They also assured me that they were not a freight broker. They said that Nurizon was the company that would transport my goods. These assurances were given to both me and my wife on separate phone calls (5 or 6). My wife and I even clarified the grey parts of the contract and were given assurances that this was going to be the case.

American Wide Movers ended up being the carrier and they would give me no assurances on the timing of pickup or delivery. So, I called Nurizon back. Upon several subsequent calls I was told by the salesman who lied to me about the services provided that I would receive a refund. The next day, his manager however told me I would not. The whole experience was terrible. I hope that this review will keep others from being fraudulently induced to give them $500 for nothing.

Needed to move in a hurry. At first, I had no idea what to do. I was able to speak with one of the estimators at nurizon and they definitely made things easy for me . I would use them again.

Nurizion Van LINES IS THE BEST!!!!!They did such a good job.The young men were respectful and helpful. They packed..stored and unpacked my items... The young men that moved me were on time and worked quickly as to not waist my money. They took special care to ask where I wanted things and double checked with me afterwards to verify they had placed things according to my liking.

I do not like moving but the crew at Nurizon made it easy. Good job. Order 2543301

I called Nurizon Van Lines after finding them online and the rep was very helpful and knew what he was talking about. He was going to come up and give us the estimate but he was couple hours away. He asked if I was comfortable with the price or the amount of time it would take and everything was good. I called a few times because I was nervous and wanted to make sure somebody was going to show up but they answered and knew what was going on each time I called. During the move, the weather was calm. The crew was good and careful with all our stuff. We had a little scratch on our couch because it was pushed through the door. That was the only negative part and I should have inspected everything a little more closely before they took off but overall, I was pleased with their job. 3 stars. #243102

Job 2311082 I had a pretty good move with this company. They are new but gave me a real good price and they did good. Same price and it got there pretty fast too. Only problem was they wanted a two day pick up window but everything else was good.

I have used this company two times for moves in the Jackson, MS and Houston, TX areas. Both times the service was excellent and the price quotes were very accurate, so no surprises at the end. During this move it pored rain on us and the guys doing the move worked right through, all the while maintaining a positive attitude. If service is important to you, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better moving company for the price than these guys. I wanted to take a moment and write a review about Nurizon Van Lines. When I first started searching for moving companies I was very nervous, especially since I read so many horror stories on the internet about moving companies. I chose Nurizon because they were the only ones who offered a visual survey and their customer service was really good in the initial stages.



Nurizon was a bit more expensive than other companies I was speaking to, but I didn't mind since I was looking for quality. The movers from the start were on time and handled partial packing on the day of pick up. The delivery date was accurate and the off-loading at destination went smooth. I'm very happy with my choice to pick Nurizon Van Lines and I would use them again for my next move.

Our experience was great, starting with Joe. I had spoken with him for each of my moves and he is always gracious, kind and accomodating. We were given a window of between 7-9 am for our November 20th move. The crew arrived to our apartment exactly at 7. there were three movers and the were fast. They didnt play around or waste our time and money. they were also very careful and wrapped all of our fragile or big items to prevent any damage. #211093

I WAS SO SCARED at first!! They were very accommodating to my changing needs though and remained flexible through the entire process. At first, they were using their own crew but since I changed my pickup date multiple times, I ended up using one of their agents in their network. They all were great! Everyone that I encountered, whether on the phone or in person, was very friendly and professional. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service and eagerness to help! Thank you!

I never move before to state to state move, is my first time. My brother recommended me to Nurizon Van Lines this company helped him about two months ago before. The sales rep David, was detailed, and seemed like he was going through everything about the move. After I provided the list of items, explained all the materials needed for the move, and guaranteed the price based on those items. His price was considerably cheaper than other company( I have online quote from other moving company also), so I booked the move with David. I have heard bad stories about moving companies but I needed to move . But I think this team knew how to coordinate the move pretty well. The dispatcher called 24 hours prior to the move as I spoke with David. They did a good job wrapping my furniture and pack my fragile items. For delivery I had to wait a few business days for my delivery to North Miami,FL. About 48 hours before delivery the dispatcher called me that the truck is on the way, two days later, I had my items!! I received my shipment as arranged and with only one item damaged( a lamp shade, but that isn't too bad!) . I would recommend Nurizon Van Lines, as they exceeded my expectations. #y212599

Order #Y212198 My family moved a 2 bed room place from Fort Lauderdale to Glendale AZ last month and we were very impressed by the courteousness and professionalism of your movers. Their can-do attitude set the tone for the entire day. Where we saw difficulty, they saw an opportunity to overcome a challenge and they did. The company honestly did more than we expected of them, making sure we had turned all the appliances off, double checking the quarters and sharing their experiences as movers. Outstanding work guys!
