Best pizza in Pocatello. Excellent customer service. I had a delivery driver that forgot our soda once, and he was back in 5 minutes WITH a free order of breadsticks for the trouble, and I didn't even have to call the manager. The pizza is huge, and very inexpensive. This is the only pizza house in Pocatello I truly enjoy!

The best pizza I have ever had in my life, hands down. The workers there are real cool and always treat me with respect. I almost feel like family when I order from there now.

These guys have awesome pizza with a crust that tastes homemade. I have always enjoyed their pizza and their prices. The garlic cheese bread is fantastic but my kids don't like it--they prefer breadsticks. They usually have fast delivery service too, unless they are extremely busy, but they let you know when that happens.

I'm sorry but CC-2 doesn't get it - if your fiance is truly allergic to mushrooms, you should even order from a restaurant that has mushrooms - it doesn't take a mushroom on the pizza to trigger an allergy but rather if the worker even handled mushrooms prior to making your pizza it would do the same thing.

I ordered a pizza with bacon and pinapple.They delivered it and left. We open the pizza and just as my fiance was going to take a bite he noticed a mushroom.I told them of the problem making sure to inform them of my fiance's allergies and the fact he will die if he eats them.When they bring the second one we check the pizza with the delivery boy there.We spot 2 more mushrooms.The delivery boy did not know what to do.I call bigfoot; they talk to the delivery boy and he confirms there where mushrooms on the second pizza. He gets off the phone and tells us there is nothing he can do. They refund the money minus the tip we gave the 1st delivery boy.Knowing the ovbiously poorly trained boy I let him leave to call them. I get the manager and let him know that in my seven years of working cust service theirs was the worst I have ever seen.He said, "I'll show you bad customer service.We will never serve you again." I informed him we wouldn't order ever again anyways. Just a warning for you.

Bigfoot pizza is our first choice when it comes to ordering delivery. We haven't been disappointed with the food or the service.
