I could not give this business a worse review. I called to schedule a carpet cleaning and the guy was unbelievably rude and profane. I cannot believe this place is in business. If another human being would have treated me this way in person they would have been very very sorry.

This company did a fantastic job on our carpets they were knowlegable and professional and the prices are great. I also referred them to friends who were very pleased with their work.

Don't even think about calling this place! Employee was rude, used curse words when discussing previous customers. Used the water from my kitchen sink to fill his scrubber then dumped the dirty water after he did my carpets right off of my front porch onto my sidewalk. I had to pay an extra $35 for a cleaner for smoke and pets (neither of which I have or do) sooo what did I pay for??? He use my water, I paid for the soap, he used my paper towels to semi clean up his mess on my hardwood floors!!, and He dumped the garbage on my lawn. Sooo I'm guessing I paid Kevin over $100 for his 30 minutes of time. Please just do not use this company I actually felt uncomfortable with him in my house and don't want anyone else to feel like that.

Ruined my chair and sofa. Was rough with the furniture..dented the fridge, scratched paint off of wall with a mirror, left product in the carpet, was rude and wouldn't admit to the damage.

By far one of the best services I have ever used in Pittsburgh. I called this company at the last moment and they came within 24 hours to my house. Super Duper left my house smelling fresh and clean.
