We ordered hoodie sweat shirts for our business and technicians. They are warm, durable and have taken a beating. We preferred the colored for easier cleaning.

Horrible, horrible service! I had dropped off 2 large stockings to be monogrammed for my daughters 3 months before Christmas. After 5 weeks, I had called to check on the status. I left a message on the answering machine for a return call and never received one. I waited another week and called again to be told the job wasn't started yet and would probably be done within a week. I waited 2 more weeks and called again and was told that they still weren't started and the order got "lost in the shuffle" ,and that I should probably pick them up and take them somewhere else, because they "usually don't do small orders", and were too busy. Maybe you should change your website from "At Dawn's Designs we spend time with each customer to assure your satisfaction." What a joke! By this time it is 3 weeks before Christmas and my kids ares wondering why their stockings aren't hung with the others. Thanks for nothing! I would never recommend this company. Should've known better when she wrote my instructions for my order on a ripped off piece of a used envelope.

Great place with very low costs. I'm not sure who thinks $10 is a lot for a drop-in job, but most places would charge $20. Love this place and would recommend it to anyone!
