Wonderful! We have called them twice needing a locksmith out the next day and both times they have found a way to accommodate us!

We were stranded with what I thought was a bad ignition switch on our truck and I called 3 other lock smiths that never returned my call. I called Jim's Lock and Key and he came equipted with a new switch but after removing the steering wheel he found out our switch was fine. He continued to take apart the steering column and found the problem with a small wire spring that controlled the sterring wheel lock and fixed the problem even though it wasn't something a lock smith would normally do and we were on our way. Very reasonable rates too!!!
