Aire Serv of Colorado Springs

A man representing Aire Erve arrived at my home to check our air conditioning unit. He seemed ok at first, but began rambled on about different things. It was impossible to ask any questions much less answer any of his. He was kind of scary, so I called my husband and put him on speaker phone so that he could hear everything being said. When I had the opportunity to interrupt his incessant rambling to ask him if he would just listen to me for a minute, he became belligerent and threatened to leave...so I said please do! He was mumbling loudly and talking to himself the entire time as he exited. Which was not soon enough for me! I later called to express my displeasure with this individuals unprofessional and down right erratic behavior. I received a similar response from the woman on the other end of the phone when she hung up on me. WOW! To top it off I suffer from severe Asthma, which was becoming worse. My husband checked the furnace filter The guy never put the filter back in!

Will not recommend this service to anyone. They fixed my heater, but broke my A/C and then wanted to charge me extra to fix what they broke. Unprofessional.
