Specializing in roof repair for residential and small commercial re-roofing projects, Coldwater’s services are designed to meet each homeowner and small business owner’s specific roofing needs from conception to completion. From small business owner to homeowner we treat everyone with the same respect, honesty and integrity that we expect to be treated with.         I chose Steve and his crew after looking at 3 other firms. Steve took the time to explain the whole process and was in communication throughout the job. The work was expert and his crew professional and polite. After having my flat roof re-done I actually had a 25% decrease in my electric bilI! I highly recommend Coldwater Roofing.
