        I took my family to Bonefish Grill tonight. The waitress was great & very patient answering all of our questions. We finally ordered our food & a little bit later the manager came up & explained that the computer had a glitch & our order did not stay in the system so it was never prepared. They reordered our food & because of the delay, took care of our bill & sent us home with desert. This our second time going & there will be more visits! Thank you to the manager, our waitress & the rest of the staff for an awesome night.

        Just average. Had a practically empty restaurant, yet tried to seat us next to the kitchen door. Dumb. Very dark. Had to use a phone light to read the menu. Music too loud. Trying to be fancy, but the food is cooked just as well at other places. Wife's pecan crusted trout was greasy. Small vegetable portions. Food not served searing hot. Fair sized gluten free menu. At least we went on a 25% discount ticket.

        This Bonefish grill has some of the best servers of any fancy sit down restaurant I have been to in pensacola. The atmosphere is a mix of being casual in a higher end setting. The food is always prepared fresh and has great flavor in it. Many times the receipt will have a special offer for a free bang bang shrimp with an entree. Their bread and pesto is some of the best in town. I recommend going to Bonefish grill for a great meal in a great atmosphere with people that will serve and make your experience wonderful.

        A very good eating place

        Always a favorite stop when in the Pensacola area. The Hampton Hotel airport inn is nearby, where I normally stay. The food and service is always 'best of'. Kobe beef burger is great, and a favorite here. Thanks folks. Well done.

        Bonefish Grill was established in 2000 in St. Petersburg, Fla. When veteran restaurateurs Tim Curci and Chris Parker decided to open up their first Bonefish Grill location, the idea was to establish a location where they would be able to tell their guests where the fish came from, how best to eat it and how to experiment with the sauces created to go with the fish.
