Nice office, friendly staff, reasonable wait times. Just had a new crown installed, and it is the best crown I have to date. Fit is great. Dentist is friendly and I feel like a part of the family when I visit. Hours could be better though. Only 1 Saturday per month and they close fairly early during the week.

I've had completly the opposite experience. I'm always greeted promptly and don't even have to sign in because they know me by sight. I've never waited more than 10 minutes before being called back and my treatment begins right away. I find the all staff and doctor pleasant.

Rude dentist. Long waiting room times. I would wait at least an hour for each appointment before being taken back to the dentists' chair to wait some more. No explanation or apology was ever given for the long wait time.

Unattentive staff, they don't even greet you or look up as you enter. Not a friendly atmosphere. It is also very hard to get an appointment at this office. Myself and several others I've talked to have had this same experience at this dental office. Unfortunately, some patients must continue to go because the accept a lot of different insurance plans that others' don't.
