They called me two weeks after I left a message, the work had been done already. Poor service, I guess I should read reviews from now on.

I am very pleased with the response time, price, results, professionalism, courtesy, and clean up. I don't know why this page has a different number for them but the YP book and other web sites has 661-265-9577. I have a large tree with a split trunk. I contacted 4 major tree service companies that all had different opinions on what to do. One of the owners, Paul, came and looked at the tree then called me to go over all the options I had been getting on what to do about the large split. He gave me the best price over all of them for either saving the tree or removing it. That was Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and they were here this morning! I had used their services last year to remove a big tree but I had forgotten who they were, this time I won't forget. I highly recommend them. I don't understand the bad reviews below but I did not experience anything like that. Ask Kelly Tree Co. for references! I'd be happy to talk to anyone about mine.

response timeframe for estimate was slow. I've used this company before but honestly the price was very high! The guy asked me to commit on the spot and offered a discount to do it next day, it was a high pressure situation, but a rival company gave a lower bid upfront and gave me time to decide.

We found Kelley to be very prompt in answer to our phone call. In fact the owner, Paul kelley came over to our house within an hour to assess the job. And actually the crew went to work on it that afternoon. The job entailed trimming back a massive tree and ivy combination over our deck that had broken off big sections twice before in the last 10 years that fortunately did not damage anything or hurt anyone, but the potential was there. The tree and all encompassing ivy had again reached a state of real hazard. We gave them our specs for trimming it (bare bones practically) with some leeway. With their expert knowledge and work they accomplished our specs with some leeway and left us with a tree that still met our cosmetic and "eye appeal" function as an arbor on the deck walkway (it grows up thru the deck or rather between deck and house) and eliminated the safety hazards. The same with two tall, leaning pine trees in the front yard. They also trimmed up all the elms and other trees both front and back yards. They asked where septic tanks were so as to not drive over them, moved flower pots, chairs etc out of the way, and made every effort to eliminate possible damage to anything. Cleanup was as "neat as a pin". One estimate, no haggleing, No "Oh by the way" price raises. Everybody was courteous and respectful of property. We had used them before for a big job and will call them again if the need arises.
