        ready to change salons

        I have been going to Nelson Group to get my hair cut for several years. I love my stylist, but the salon itself has issues with customer service. The front staff can be rather unfriendly and oblivious. I am looking for some place new now because after I made an appointment several days earlier, I was called an hour before my appointment time by someone at the desk telling me my stylist was running 1/2 hour late and therefore I was rescheduled to another night. What a dissapointment -- I had plans the next night and wanted a fresh cut for it. I also have two small children and cannot just leizurely schedule appointments on a whim. The way it was handled was extremely unprofessional...like my schedule is just wide open. Nope!
