The Back and Neck Institute

Customer service was very condescending to me. Treated like an adolescent and I am an adult served in the United States Army and a Veteran. I hope no one will be treated in the way I was treated. There were no apologies by the staff.

Valerie ,this staff is the best. I came in and I was greetedt with the friendly is people that works her makes you fill like you are a part of there family. They don't tell u about your pain they ask you to tell them about your pain you are experiencing . I would tell all my friends about neck and back institute.

I have gotten the best care that I could get. Try it out you will like it too. The service and the stuff is fantastic.
