        I have been a customer of this location for many years and previous employee when I was a resident of Opp. I have witnessed first hand that the upper management is horrible in this district, including the current GM over this location "Sharon"...When it comes to management skills, we'll she has absolutely no knowledge of how to successfully manage a restaurant. Customer service is a nightmare as she is rude and seems somewhat racist! When it comes to the district manager "Gloria" we'll the same applies... Besides the fact she is more professional and knows how to engage in a professional conversation!! All in all these people do not deserve their positions and they should be terminated immediately!! Learn to be courteous! Learn how to design a schedule! Learn the key factors when hiring new employees! Learn labor & safety laws! And please take more pride in yourself and your work......!!!!
