Provided by SuperpagesThis hotel was clean with very pleasant workers. Every request we made was met with a smile. The hide-a-bed was poor, but the bed and appliances seemed to be new. The floor was clean and had no evidence of bugs or such. The housekeeping crew was excellent and friendly. I will definately come back to stay here again!

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! AVOID THIS SLEAZY SPOT!!! We decided to get a room here when our AC went out at home. We saw a brochure at our Gym that listed a price and the amenities here. 1) When we went to check in, the proprietor told us that the brochure price was no longer good, though the very brochure was sitting right on his counter, and the cost was suddenly quoted by him as substantially higher. We should have walked out then, but we knew the wife, as she went to our gym, so we continued. 2) Rented a room, stepped in it to turn on the AC since the outside temp was 105 in OKC today, a state record. 3) Left to go eat. 4). Came back - with more time this time - to discover the room was still warm. Also, the only AC unit was in a small room at entry, but the bedroom, behind the room, has no AC and little air flow of cool air. 5) Also, have no remote control for TV. 6) Also, discover a filthy refrigerator and freezer so frozen up, there is virtually zero room in it. 7) Husband returns to front desk to ask for money back because the place is filthy and hot. 8) Did I mention the torn carpet, filthy and deeply stained sofa, stinky toilet, the two fist-sized holes in the bedroom door, and the poorly painted walls? 9) Proprietor refuses to move us to another room, OR to give us our money back. 10) I am beginning a campaign against this hideous, repellant hotel - calling "In Your Corner" program on local TV station for possible help, and reporting this place to both the OK Better Business Bureau., and also to whatever hotel overseer I can find. Am posting a "Do Not Go Here" sign at FAA Academy, where people might look for info on hotels.THIS PLACE IS HIDEOUS! PLEASE - walk - no RUN - away! Note - I am NOT a complainer, but somet ings simply cannot be overlooked! I HAD to give this place a "star rating" here, but it doesn;t even deserve a one third star!
oak tree inn 1200south meridian oklahoma city expecting your deposit back for giving room back in same condition you got it wellDont cause i gave it back an way cleaner they tried saying they didnt charge up for are two mini Dobermans when we did an payed 100 deposit for them when we checked in as for the kitchen their was one grimy pot the fridge was so over frosted that you could hardly shut the door the carpet made your feet black an i kept breaking out in bumps an thought it was an allergic reaction to something them eventually noticed that in the bed there were bed bugs an i was here with my boyfriend for two months you can barely even get towels from maids they come on fridays an mondays an only give you one towel each an you might get a washrag an hand towel one roll toilet paper an they act like your gonna steal their worn out towels an sheets it took them three days to hook up agas line they actually new Stove hey had put in the room you tell them you need something it may take three days bathroom light went out took tgat long for them to send someone to put new one in an they foot respect long time guest as much as they should asked for fresh Comforter After being their for a month took it to laundry room she acted likes didnt want to give one or trade dirty towels for clean ones they only worried about saving money for them by getting you by with as little as they can by the way in stayed room 235 foot even expect a good Night sleep cause the bed is worn an the bugs are Biting
