        My daughter and I schedule an appt. with the Brow Bar. This appt. was confirmed, however when we showed up, the manager told us it wasn't even written down and the Brow Bar technician made a point of saying that she would not stay to help us and that she was just too busy. The manager did not offer to make the matter right in any way possible. This is not the first negative experience with the Brow Bar at the location. The technician is very rude to customers and seems put out to be helping people. We live almost an hour away and specifically scheduled our appt. following other appts.

        Do not go here. They are totally incompetent. I made an appointment for color and highlights. They could not figure out what color to put on my hair. An hour into the appt they still couldn't figure it out so I walked out. I will never go to another chain hair salon!!!
