Sunset Farm Market

We had landscaping done for $2400 last fall. Six of the small plants didn't make it thru the winter. When I called Sunset I was told that they didn't guarantee these plants but they only cost $10 each. I had them replaced & received a bill for $125!
They added a $40 fee for planting them & even charged for the fertilizer. The work took about 10 min & they didn't even water them in. To lose a customer for this small amount of money is certainly not good public relations & I will choose another landscaping firm for any future gardening needs.

Beautiful place but omg the rudeness is unbelievable. I never been so disrespected by someone in a place of business like that before. After thinking about it I promptly returned what I brought because I refuse to do business with someone who could care less about their customers-never again!!

Don't use this place. I like to support local businesses, but the owners of this nursery are extremely rude and unhelpful - even on the slowest of days. Your plants will come with attitude, high prices, and a high die off rate. Look at other reviews of this place online. I'm not the only one who has encountered the unprofessionalism and lack of respect from the owners here. To personally insult and give attitude to a customer when they ask a question and pose a budget is absolutely uncalled for and unacceptable. There wasn't anything to even provoke their actions. I had bought hundreds of dollars of plant material from here in the past because it was close by and convenient, even though the help from the owners was subpar. This time was my last visit. I'll continue to encourage others to do the same.
