Works Dog Grooming

I needed a place to take my two older puppies and Lisa and staff agreed to take them as clients. Thanks for a wonderful grooming experience.

Theyre great! My mom drives all of the way from leesburg because they are so affordable and do so well.

It went ok. They normally do a good job; however, they told my daughter they would be done in a hour so my daughter left the dog and returned 1-1/2 hours later and they told her that her dog is crazy. She asked why they would say that and they said it was because she did not like her nails cut. They had a hard time because her dog kept pulling away. My daughter said that does not sound like her dog. She continued waiting and they said because the dog would not sit still, she is bleeding and it will be a few minutes. When they finally brought her dog out, it was the wrong dog and she told them so. They insisted it was her dog. Finally, they found her dog and as my daughter was leaving she said, "You need to get your Sh*t together." They called me (my daughter is an adult) to tell me what happened and wanted to know if they should block us from bringing our dog. I told them that was up to them but my daughter called me and told me what happened but was ok with the job they did. She kept asking if she should block us. I told her that was up to her. Would I take our dog again? Absolutely no. While they do a good job, their customer service leaves much to be desired.

The very first cut Ted had by Jasmine was flawless. No questions. Just asked for a summer cut and she knew what to do. After that each time, about five visits now, there have been inconsistencies with his grooming. (Jasmine was on maternity leave). Each time I had to address what needed "fixed"; I'm not unreasonable nor demanding. I'm not a drama person and simply want people to do the job promised with attention to detail. PetCo used to cut Ted's hair but distance caused us to switch. PetCo knew what to do with each dog, no questions asked. We never had to explain each detail; head, eyes, tail, paws. This LAST time I went in and started to make sure they understood and I was taken back to the owner. The last time I also spoke with her she was very defensive, but this time she grabbed my dog and her clippers and went about roughly cutting on my dog asking is this what you want and this and this....All the time speaking like I'm stupid and she knew how to cut a dog. She was belittling and has always been defensive. Not sure if it's been the owner who has been cutting Ted's hair all these times, regardless we will not be going back. Pictures to prove their attention to detail is very much lacking!!! This is my kid, not a dog off the street. Get some training and do a good job, treat the animals, and a little more people friendly. Bedside manner matters. These pictures are an example of her lack of attention to detail. The paws look like they have a crew cut....blend it..

Had my Siamese cat trimmed, nails cut, and a bath under 15 minutes!! Great staff, you guys have a new customer!! Thanks!

Great place to get your fur baby bathed and clipped. our little girl alwaysn looks great after her trip there. we love it.

Took my furdaughter here for the first time and I absolutely loved it. Everyone was so friendly and the took the time to actually talk to me about that I wanted. I will be bringing my furbaby back again.

Great place! Been taking our Huskies to The Works since they opened, every time we pick up our dogs they are SO clean, very professional and friendly staff, they care! I ask our dogs..."wanna get a bath?" And they are at the door,in a hurry to go to The Works. Awesome job and thank you!!!

This is the best place in town to take your fur babies to be groomed! From the staff to the prices everything is just wonderful!! My little girl doesn't care for many people but she loves everyone over at The Works!

If you want your dog cut, bleeding and shaking to death at pick up bring your dog here. I've never have been to such an awful grooming salon.

I have been taking my dog here for quite awhile the place has always been clean and since I have some problems walking they have even been nice enough to come out to the car and get him and also bring him out to me, For the price they do a great job and he has never come out with fleas. He smells and looks great . They are the best here,

We have two mini poodles who were matted and never had been to a groomer. Nora treated us great and made them look AMAZING! Especially with what we gave her to work with..ie the poodles. Bottom line, awesome work, really sweet ppl and competitive prices. I recommend them to everyone. The works definitely earned our monthly business:)
