Mike Walker Lumber Co Inc

I did Absolutely trusted Mike Walker Lumber to build trusses for my Garage know as the Scott Garage, but if you read this in its entirety you too will not trust Walker Lumber of Sacramento.
I received trusses with major flaws on Oct31, 2018. split ends of which I was told a scab patch will be the repair, today is Nov2,2018. No resolution for repair, they leave at 12 on Fridays... Piss poor customer service. work has been halted on the build until resolution can be made.
They knowingly built a subpar Gabled end truss, Stacked on top so all could inspect prior to shipment. This was then placed faced down on my roof. I questioned it on receipt, marked it as cracked called Curtis of Walker Lumber who then responded with "you will get an email within the hour for the repair" of which I did not and still do not have a copy to provide to my engineer for review.
I am on hold now, captive to the fact that Walker Lumber sent a known defective truss which if I "SPOTTED" would require repair. meaning if I did not the issue would just go away.
This is a 40+ year old company, they do not come to the site to verify spans as older homes seem to migrate some, when asked we are told nope but if I want this right I get to buy more trusses as these are manufactured on a Jig system and would require a new placement of the jigs pin. Being the first to review Walker Lumber is fitting until now, the linkin review of Mike Walker is also lacking in positive reviews, all that said I highly recommend you shop elsewhere for Truss manufacturers that properly follow the CBC and the Institute of Truss manufacturers. This is the best I can do for now but will be glad to talk to Mike Walkers agents (Craig is now owner operator of Mike Walker Lumber) or Mike himself, they have my number and if I am a satisfied customer I will respond back with positive remarks.
Now you now what I did not Before signing and paying. they do not I repeat DO NOT meet the minimal requirements set forth in the CBC. They could have been using outdated software with inadequately trained personnel based off Auditing. There is not quality in their process to build, insp, or control the manufacturing of material.
As for the choice of wood lets just say pallet manufacturing maybe the way to go forward for these self proclaimed "pROFFESIONALS" with a emphasis on the small p.
Not up to the standards of any well know truss builders. If your newly manufactured home was built by any of his Recommended builders you should check for these subpar trusses. Here is a list of there builders from their website. References:
