Very rude associate Pat, Yelled at me infront of other clients/patients b/c I didn't have insurance & gave me the 3rd degree about where my husband works. But I paid in full every time I went in and still she always had an attitude. (maybe b/c they couldnt' drain my insurance dry????? ) who knows.



They could make the experience better by being more professional and doing as the law states for patients.



Then I kept getting worse and when I tried to go to another Doctor (3 different Dr's) could not get them to release my records even after faxing in a signed release form. This also included a doctor they referred me to they wouldn't even release the records to him. That put a negative aspect on things for me. So take my review for what it is but I would never recommend nor use them again. I am a medical professional myself but I did not inform them of this.
