Cant say enough good about these guys, I have an older Citizen dive watch that is not made anymore and Citizen refuses to work on it. I found Hurley Roberts on-line and call them, they told me no problem and send it in. First time in it went through a complete overhaul and had it back in a couple of weeks for my trip. I have used them twice more ad recently as last week to replace batteries. They do a great job, turn around time is great...these guys just ROCK, you will not be disappointed

I sent my husband's non working watch to be fixed. He said that's all he wanted for his birthday (he turned 70). I emailed David and asked if there was any way to get it here in time. He didn't promise but said he'd try his best. The watch arrived last Friday and my husband's birthday was Sunday.

Excellent service on my Citizen watch repair. I rec'd it back and it looks like it did the day I purchased it. There is not an authorized Citizen repair in my area and driving over 40 miles was not an option for me. I called them and they emailed me a post paid label. Outstanding Svc. Kudos to Hurley Roberts and their staff.

I sent a watch to them for a specific repair. Would not return calls and finally sent an e-mail with un-authorized repairs performed and would not remove them from my bill. Will have to think again if I send anything back to them.

I recently ordered a black rubber replacement band for my Citizen Eco-Drive "Orca" promaster dive watch through Hurley Robert's website. The brand new band arrived within a week after ordering and looks to be an authentic OEM Citizen band that fits perfectly on the my "Orca" dive watch. Reasonable price for the replacement band, easy online ordering and quick shipping. Count me as a satisfied customer.

I've recently sent my Citizens JayHawk Eco Watch to have it looked at. It's been put away in my jewelry box for past 2 years. Took it out and left it in direct sunlight for 2 days and nothing. At the time, I should have review the manual but I read somewhere that maybe the backup capacitor may need to be replaced after long term storage. Ok, found them online and sent in my watch per their instructions. They got back to me via email indicating that the mechanics of the watch was not working and needed to be replaced which they quoted me $200.00. They said, the watch will be like brand new (replace crystal, band, etc...) I just wanted my watch working but luckily I've went online to look at their review. I was very suspicious after reading one review that almost mirror my situation. Told them to return my watch and they poorly packaged my watch in literally no protection at all. When I got my watch back, I've decided to download the e-manual from online and perform RESET which to my amazement the watch started to show life again. Electronics came up and movements started to set itself. Then, I've followed the zero alignment procedure for the HR:MIN:SEC pointer. The bottom line is that there was nothing wrong with my watch... and they DIDN'T TELL ME THE TRUTH. MADE UP STORY ABOUT PARTS FAILING TO GET $$ FROM ME. So, hopefully you'll read this before deciding to ship your watch off to them.

I sent my watch in because the band was too tight to wear and I couldn't find the links that were removed. They couldn't replace the exact band because the watch is too old. David promised they would figure something out. They did and I couldn't be happier. Would use them again and tell friends!

It has been a great experience. Easy to send my watches, follow up and explanation of work was quick. All from the comfort of my home!
