This is a very dishonest place, they don't take payments after hours, they do not have droping box for checks, even on regular hours, you can't leave a check in advance, because they do not admit it, but they charge you over $ 30.00 the next day, even it's no your fault. So; loock for another place if you don't want to be robed.

I have been at this club for 12 years and right now they have the best staff of trainers ever. I would train with any of them. They are careful, professional and very interested in my personal growth. I love the group classes and am very impressed with the level of instruction in 90 percent of the classes I attend. I think the management is responsive, the gym is clean, there are sanitizer dispensers strategically across the gym. The new equipment is lovely and the gym itself has a very neighborhood kind of appeal. Everyone is welcoming and friendly.

I decided to employ the training services of this gym to learn a few extra exercises that were not already in my repertoire and help me shed my last 10 pounds. I purchased 10 sessions and was assigned to their newest trainer. After 5 of those he quit and they could not find another trainer who could take me on my schedule. I suspended the training and recently asked to resume. They set me up with another trainer who did not show the day I was to start. The manager says it was his fault, blah, blah, blah. At this point I no longer want to do business with this facility, however they say there is a strict policy of no refunds. Where is the customer service!!!! They did not provide me with the service I paid for and I deserve to have my last 5 sessions refunded. Buyer be ware of this location. They are shady and unprofessional!

I canceled a few months ago and they called me claiming "my cancellation didn't go through" and want me to pay an extra $100 in late fees. I filed with the Better Business Bureau for these fraudulent charges. Please do not use them. I have 2 other friends that were members that had this happen to them as well.
