They do very good work, but thought them to be VERY expensive, easily as high or higher than the car dealer shops I've used. They charge prices like you're in the NYC metro area or something! They're also not really a full service shop, for example, they don't do any AC work. Customer service is very poor because they don't seem like to answer questions about your car's repairs and will basically ignore them. and because they do NOT take any credit cards. If their customer service was the way it should be and they took credit cards, and their prices were reasonable, they'd easily rate 4 stars.
