Where to begin?

Beware the Management Al. The guests and staff have nick-named him "Chemical Ali" for good reason. As a manager, I think they just picked someone off the street. As a human.... well the jury is still trying to figure that one out... he has no customer service skills. Rumor has it; Al went to a bar to hire his new team leader Catalina. He and his family are always swearing and screaming at each other. He yells at the staff and treats them like they are second class citizens. One head housekeeper was always in tears because of the way he treated her she finally left today after working here for years. Al actually popped a child’s ball in front of guests and said no playing with balls and instructed the kid to go play in the street. Al has been working here for months now and came from New Jersey and has never gotten his California tags which is illegal but that just goes to show you he cares nothing for the laws and does exactly what he wants. The actual motel is run down and the rooms all smell. When something is broke it usually gets fixed about 6 months later. When a guest does complain to corporate the complaint goes right back to Al the incompetent manager, it never gets resolved or the results anyone with a little common sense would expect.
