I should have done some research before submitting my case with this company. (See other reviews on ripoffreport.com)
They gave my false hope in my case just to get the money. I did signed the Attorney-Client Agreement, gave them my credit card, they bill me $5,000 - the retainer fee as they call it. The only thing they did, they sent me a questionnaire, call me twice to ask for other documents, got few e-mails from them and later they sent me a affidavit to complete. I withdrew from the case for personal reasons, before the case was submitted to USCIS. $5,000 for an incomplete affidavit? I asked for refund, was hopping, that I will get some money back from the $5,000. Had to call many times, until they got back to me, telling me, that I owe them an other $478. I asked for the invoice. They sent it to me after I sent them many e-mails, called repeatedly. The invoice even didn't summarize the $5,000 poor explanation of charges.
