General Info: The Bank Street Tavern - American Restaurant & Bar is set in a landmark 19th Century building consisting of two floors of timeless woodwork and exposed brick in a casually elegant setting. We use only the highest quality and freshest ingredients including USDA Certified Prime Grade Steaks, the finest fish and seafood, and Gourmet Burgers, while offering one of the most comprehensive and highly rated reserve wine lists in Connecticut with over 250 selections and 20 offered by the glass. Located directly across Bank Street from the Bank Street Theater cinema, we also offer a beautifully appointed private dining room that seats up to 50 for your special occasions, and can provide full catering services for your offsite events as well. The Bank Street Tavern features live music on Fridays and Saturdays in the second floor lounge and bar room.
