        Make sure you know everything going into your lease. Be aware that they will nickel and dime you on the way out. I traveled a lot when leasing the apartment here and maintained a very well kept apartment. Also, I payed for a carpet cleaning before moving out and turned over a spotless apartment, yet was charged for missing items (disposal stopper and strainer, which were never there to begin with) and $45 for carpet cleaning. Also, make sure you get a signed document when you turn in your keys, because they will try and charge you for missing keys. They will not call you or notify you of any charges, but will turn over Greystar and expect you to pay. This is complete BS and glad I'm not living there.

        Do not sign a lease here!! I have a 13 year spotless rental record at very nice properties, i have great credit history. Due to limited characters for posting on YP. email me at jrogers.therogersgroup@gmail.com and I will gladly email you the truth about the gouging by Terrawood to me and 7 other former tenants in last 4 months.
