        Arranged an appointment a month in advance and confirmed 4 days prior. No show. Called and got very bizarre response. I traveled 860 miles to make this appointment and they never showed, never called and never gave a reason. Called Servicemaster HQ and got totally ignored until I got a backdoor call into CEO's admin's voicemail - then everybody suddenly became concerned.
