I had my car repossessed at 6:00am this morning. I woke up to a banging on my front door. The gentlemen explained he was towing my vehicle (already hooked up) but he couldn't nor wouldn't leave til I got my purse off the front seat. He then offered to give me time to clean it out. He lowered my vehicle giving me access to the trunk. He didn't rush me nor was he impatient. I didn't get his name due to my emotions, but he was a husky built Hispanic. He made a terrible situation so much better. He truly cared enough about my stuff and my daughter's to give me time. Regardless of others review, he helped me emotionally while going through the toughest situation. So if you see this repo driver, THANK YOU AND STAY SAFE

Never, I repeat NEVER under any circumstances should you do business with these THUGS. They only accept cash, They will not accept credit card. They towed car illegally claiming I didn't have a permit. Had to pay to get my car out, when I did get my car out I showed them that I did have a permit. They said there was nothing they could do and to take it up with my association. These guys are vultures and are the main reason the tow industry has such a bad rep. If you notice you won't find anyone saying anything positive about this place.

No morales. They towed my frie...

No morales. They towed my friends car with a visitor pass in the window. I called before taking a taxi there and when i got there they asked me to walk to the gas station and use the atm because theirs was broken and the credit card machine didnt work. They were polite but there is no excuse for common courtesy, why would anyone think there is a cash scam going on here?????

I called for an auto wreckers ...

I called for an auto wreckers in the NW or Western Suburbs. They said they don't do that but referred me to SKOKIE. I asked if they knew of any other auto wreckers in the area to get parts (particularly near Palatine, north or west of here). She feigned some ignorance, "None that I can think of."

What a load of BS! In business, you know all the competitors. They must have some deal arranged w/Century or else they wouldn't be trying to filter people from Palatine way the heck East.

Terrible Company

This place only cares about earing commission so they tow cars ILLEGALLY without any concern! The service is extremely rude and careless about your car being towed. They were by far the worst experience I've ever had with my car. Stay away from this place, I hope they close down and leave town.

Everyone needs to know this

Horrible treatment. They tow cars for no reason and are extremly rude. Often damage cars that they tow and will push you to pay cash even though they accept credit cards. When processing cc pmts they record your full cc# which is ILLEGAL. If this happend to you, you can send a complaint on the reverse side of your ticket, and they WILL get a fine of $100 for not following Il Identety Fraud and Theft protection laws. If your car got damaged as a result of their towing, you should mention it on the same form and you will be provided with their Insurance information, which you can take to your insurance company, and they will make a claim. Their annual revenue is $1-2.5 million dollars for the employee staff of approximatly 19 people! After speaking with Police dept and Business Commerce agent I found our that if there is sufficient ammount of complaints filed against NWR - they wont be able to renew their business license.
