From start to finish I felt confident my dog was getting quality care and attention. Doctor took time to explain the process from start to finish. I highly recommend this hospital. It’s obvious they appreciate the love we have for our animals.

After reading the two bad reviews I just had to give my input!!
Around 2010 I had purchased a Doberman pup and he needed ears clipped so I decided to use Tina Neel, I lived around 32 miles from clinic but lete tell you I would have driven 100 to be able to use her, she is absolutely AMAZING!!! EVERTHING she did was with extreme knowledge and expertise, her clinic is state of art and this was 17 years ago. I admire and adore her as a person and a veterinarian, she is genuine and truly truly cares about all animals
I simply can't say enough about this woman and her establishment 😇, thank you for reading this.

i have dealt with this clinic twice both times first thing they wanted to know was how much money i had ....and suprisingly my bill came to exactly what i said i had.....both times my pet's passed and the last time there 4 other animals were brought in and same thing they ran up a bill and then offered to euthanize their pets......worst clinic ever

In Sept. 2010, my Newfoundland became acutely ill w/bloody diarrhea and vomiting, and quickly grew very weak. At 2am I drove him to Neel Vet. Clinic despite the distance, my daughter had had great experiences w/them so I took him there.
They acted quickly, w/out asking for money up front or how I was going to take care of this? When they had him in their arms and I knew the staff was acting, I felt I could go back home as my kids were w/me and at 2am it was best to go home.
At 5am I rec'd a call from them asking if I had any rat poison around the house? I said absolutely not. They said w/out much doubt at all, it appeared he had been poisoned w/rat poison, b/c he was bleeding from every IV site attempt. They said they had finally established an IV site and he was stable at the moment.
To make the story short, 3 days and 2 nights later I was able to take my big baby home and he survived the poisoning that a neighbor had intended to bring death.
The clinic arranged a payment plan I could live w/and I was so grateful for them.
Rest comfortable, knowing your pet is in good hands if you need a Vet. Their staff is also incredible, and they have OSU Vet Students/Residents their as well, that are very capable.
Thank you to Neel Vets and their Staff Members.

This is a very nice office, people/staff seem to be ho-hum. But know one seems to know what is going on, nor have any relationship with any of our dogs. But they do with our checkbooks. We spent $1200 last year to run test and see that our dogs cells were out of wack, yet I feel/know that they could not diagonis and help his condition, he died after being there for 3 days, and a lot of money later. We never recieved an answer to his condition while he layed there dying, nor how/why he died. Our last experiance was better, only $300 for a walk in. I know my boys life is worth every penny, but I would like to get results for what I pay for. I hope they have made the correct diagnosis this time around for our new "son". Plus side, they are their 24/7 if you need them in a pinch. And I think most of the employees are overworked, and tired. But try to do the best they can under those circumstances.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with this veterinarian! I was traveling from California to Mississippi with my dog Shadow, and he fell ill. It was 8 p.m and they were the first 24 hour vet I found in the phone book. I rushed Shadow over there because he started having seizures. To make a long story short the staff was rude, extremely impatient, and OVER PRICED. They couldn't even explain to me what exactly was going on with my dog! I ended up paying well over $500 for something that my vet back home charged me around $200. Thanks for nothing but a headache and a lot of stress!
