        My high efficiency furnace started making a terrible noise about 2 o'clock on Friday afternoon. When I called BBM and explained what the noise was like, he said it was probably the inducer motor. He took my furnace model number over the phone and showed up about 2 hours later. He had the correct part and within a short time had the furnace running like new. I would definitely recommend BBM.

        my furnace stopped working , I called BBm heating n cooling . Bernard was out that day , he found issue , ordered the part and had my heat running within couple hours. Thanks again for the great service!
