The One Move

This is the second time I have used The One Move for our move and I am very satisfied with their level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Daniel and his team called to let us know they were on their way and showed up on time. Our place was on the 4th floor and the guys worked tirelessly and very carefully as they carried all of our (many) boxes and furniture downstairs and into the truck.

Except for one tiny scratch on one of our chairs, which the foreman actually fixed on the spot, everything made it safely to our new home. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon but when it’s time, I will definitely give these guys a call!

First of all I have to say that I felt compelled to write this review.



I have moved several times in the last few years and this has been by far the easiest move.



Since my job requires me to travel quite a bit and I'm busy most of the time, I needed a full service packing and was really concerned about moving a few delicate items based on past moving experience.



The One Move team showed up on time and they were friendly and efficient. But more importantly, they really took the time to carefully wrap the items I had marked as fragile and everything made it safely to my new home. They even had great suggestions as to where to place the furniture there and all was assembled back together in no time. It's nice to work with a company that is so customer oriented and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full service packing, reliable company.
