Jiffy Lube

We stopped in 2 days ago for an oil change. I drive an Audi A4 Quattro. The guy comes out, says "I just need a little intel from you. What year VW is this?" We tell him, it's an AUDI. He ignores his mistake and tells us he doesn't have an oil filter for it. He claims that he's going to order it, and that it will be in the next day. He states that he's going to give us $10.00 for our inconvenience. He says we don't need an appointment, we can just stop in and they'll remember us.



We stop in today. They have our name in their system. No filter. No filter ordered. No apology. Nothing.



I've never had my oil changed at a Jiffy Lube before. I never will. I have never had a problem with a place needing to specialty order a filter for my car. These guys, or at least THAT guy, is an idiot. Don't waste your time here.
