Took daughter for treatment and set up second appointment at that time. Office called and left message week of saying appointment needed to be changed. I called bk and they said it no longer needed to be changed. I hour later they called bk againsaying yes in fact we did need to change. I moved appointment and got confirmation call day prior. Again later office called saying I again needed to change appointment but this time to following week. Do not bother with this place there is enough confusion in the world.
